How it works.
Six agents run a daily pipeline. Each has one job. Together they replace the parts of the job search that drain your evenings.
Configures everything else.
Holds your profiles. Each profile is a job-search persona: target titles, geography, seniority, must-have skills, and the threshold above which a match is worth your attention. The other five agents run against what lives here.
Finds the postings.
Queries multiple job sources every morning. Pulls fresh openings that match your profiles' titles, locations, and keywords. De-duplicates across sources. The output is a raw candidate list, not yet scored.
Scores the matches.
Reads each posting and grades it against your profile. Three signals weighted together: keyword overlap, semantic similarity to your stated preferences, and an LLM-judged fit score that considers seniority, scope, and culture cues. Only postings above your threshold survive.
Drafts the documents.
For each surviving match, generates a tailored resume and a cover letter. The resume reorders, rephrases, and selectively emphasizes content from your base resume to align with the specific posting. The cover letter is short, specific, and free of stock phrases. Both are PDF-ready.
Sends the digest.
Bundles everything into a single email at 6 AM Eastern. Each match gets a one-line summary, a score, a link to the posting, and links to your tailored resume and cover letter. Daily on Pro and Power; weekly on Starter.
Prepares you for the interview.
When you flag a match as one you're interviewing for, Coach assembles a prep package: company background, likely interview questions for the role, talking points drawn from your resume that map to the job, and a concise pre-interview brief. Available on demand from your dashboard.
What you don't have to do.
Scrolling LinkedIn or Indeed for an hour each morning. Comparing two postings to figure out which is closer to what you want. Rewriting your resume from scratch for every application. Staring at a blank cover letter. Tracking applications in a spreadsheet that immediately falls behind. Running through the same ten interview questions in your head the night before.
